By accessing and using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you submit a request for itinerary/availability, the information you receive is for convenience and does not create a binding agreement until it is confirmed in the manner set out for the relevant service.

When you submit an inquiry, you may provide personal data to process your request and respond. Availability, timing, and final terms may be confirmed later. We do not guarantee that every option shown will remain available at the time of confirmation.

3. Consumer information before ordering

Before you place an order for services, this landing page provides the necessary, accessible, reliable, and timely information so you can make an informed choice, in line with On Consumer Rights Protection | on May 12, 1991 № 1023-XII.

If the service involves tourist services, conditions of providing tourist services, including the correct agreement/offer terms, are made available to consumers as required by Про туризм.

4. Provider identification (online services)

If you offer services online (including arrangements that lead to transactions), before users enter into transactions, the site includes clear provider-identification information, in line with On Electronic Commerce | on September 3, 2015 № 675-VIII.

5. Tourist operator requirements (where applicable)

Where tourist-operator activity applies, we provide mandatory information/documents regarding financial security and other required materials in the portions of the operation relating to concluding tourist service agreements, in line with Ліцензійні умови провадження туроператорської діяльності.

6. Personal data and consent

If you submit personal data for inquiry processing or analytics/marketing purposes, we comply with Ukraine’s personal data protection requirements, including consent handling where applicable, in line with On Personal Data Protection Law of Ukraine on June 1, 2010 № 2297-VI.

7. Language of mandatory consumer information

Information provided to consumers about goods/services is available in the state language (Ukrainian) in the required amount; English-only content is not sufficient for mandatory portions of consumer information, in line with Law of Ukraine on Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian as the State Language.
