1. Tour package information and availability

• Before you place an order/booking request, we provide service information enabling you to make an informed choice.
• Package details (route, dates, duration, accommodation type, meals if included, transfers if included, and other inclusions) are presented on the relevant tour page.
• Prices and availability are subject to change until confirmation, including changes in travel dates, hotel categories, or supplier terms.
• We may limit the number of seats/rooms per departure; availability shown online is not a guarantee until booking confirmation.

2. What is included and excluded

• Included: items specifically stated in the tour description and itinerary (e.g., accommodation, selected meals, excursions, and transfers) and/or in the booking confirmation.
• Excluded: items not listed as included in the tour description (e.g., personal expenses, optional excursions, additional services, and expenses not explicitly stated).
• If something is included conditionally (e.g., seasonal availability), the conditions are described on the tour page and/or in the confirmation.

3. Price, payment terms, and changes

• Pricing is shown for the selected dates and package option.
• Payment instructions (method, currency, and timing) are provided during booking and in the booking confirmation.
• In case of changes beyond our control (e.g., supplier changes), we may offer adjustments in accordance with applicable laws and the tour agreement/offer terms.

4. Booking request, confirmation, and contract conclusion

• When you submit a booking request, you place an order for the tour package according to the information displayed on the tour page.
• Confirmation is performed by us (including via the booking confirmation details provided to you).
• Only after confirmation will the essential terms for the tourist service be considered agreed in the manner set out in the tour package offer and/or agreement terms.

5. Financial security and required documents

For licensed tour-operator activity, we provide information related to financial security and other mandatory materials that apply to concluding tourist service agreements in the portions of the operation connected with the tour agreement/offer terms.

6. Language of consumer information

Information about goods and services provided to consumers is made available in the state language (Ukrainian) in the required amount. English-language pages may be informational, but mandatory consumer information is provided in Ukrainian.

Legal basis: Law of Ukraine on Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian as the State Language.

7. Personal data, analytics, and marketing identifiers

If we collect analytics/marketing data and use identifiers that may be linked to an individual, we process personal data in accordance with Ukrainian requirements, including obtaining consent where required and limiting processing to lawful purposes.
