6. Note for travel services information
If you order or book travel services through our website, we provide the necessary information so you can make an informed choice before you place an order, in line with On Consumer Rights Protection | on May 12, 1991 № 1023-XII.
For tourist services, we inform consumers about the conditions of providing tourist services and make the required agreement/offer terms available as required by Про туризм. For licensed tour-operator activity, mandatory information and documents regarding financial security and other required materials are provided in the parts related to concluding tourist service agreements under Ліцензійні умови провадження туроператорської діяльності.
